IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFE WITH YOU?

Yes. At River City Outlet we take your privacy seriously. For more info please read our Privacy Policy. We use high-level SSL (Secure Sockets Laye) encryption technology which is the most advanced security measure currently available for online transactions. River City Outlet does not store your personal credit card information on our servers.

 

DOES RIVER CITY OUTLET ACTUALLY SHIP MY PRODUCTS??

River City Outlet does not ship any of your orders. Our partners ship the products fast and free (on most products) from their warehouses directly to you. If you have any questions or concerns, we can be reached 7 days a week between 8am – 10pm PST at rivercityoutletstore@gmail.com. You can track your order using our Order Tracking page here.

 

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?

Please allow 15-39 days for the order to arrive after it has been processed. Orders are shipped worldwide and processed Monday through Friday, typically in the early morning or afternoon. Our retail partners have different cut off times so shipping will vary. For some remote regions with under-developed shipping, shipments can take longer than mentioned above. Please be patient and track your order on this page.

 

CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY SHIPPING COST?

Unfortunately we cannot refund you on shipping costs.

 

MY ORDER DIDN’T GO THROUGH, BUT I THINK YOU HAVE CHARGED ME?

When you enter your card details to pay for your order, your bank automatically deducts the money from your available balance. However it is not actually taken from your account until the order is sent. If you have any questions or problems, please contact us at rivercityoutletstore@gmail.com.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

After you have made your purchase, online you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on our order tracking page. Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers and may not have a tracking number.

WHAT COMPANY DO YOU USE FOR DELIVERY?

Most of the products are coming directly from China through a service called e-packet. E-packet does not need a signature. In other areas we may also use other carriers.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Changes or cancellations to your order for delivery can be made by contacting Customer Service at rivercityoutletstore@gmail.com. We want you to get your items as quickly as possible so if your order has already been mailed, we will not be able to make any changes.

 

CAN I GET MY PURCHASE GIFT WRAPPED? .

Unfortunately no, we cannot offer gift wrapping services at this time.

 

WHAT EMAILS CAN I EXPECT, ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Order Confirmation Email: You will receive a confirmation of receipt email shortly after you successfully placed an order online. Shipping Confirmation Email: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. River City Outlet ships from multiple warehouses which can result in split shipments; therefore, you may receive more than one email. If you order contained more than one item keep an eye on your email inbox for additional updates. Order Cancellation Email: You will receive a cancellation email if your order is fully or partially canceled. Return Email: You will receive a confirmation that we have received your returned order. We will inspect the products you returned and refund you if they meet the requirements of our Return Policy. Returns generally take 2-4 weeks to process.

 

WHAT IF I HAVE A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM?
