Refund Policy

River City Outlet strives on customer satisfaction and we describe every item to the tee in hopes of getting you that unique item our customers our looking for.

All sales are final upon shipping the item. If you wish to cancel your order you must request to do so before item has been shipped (within 24 hours of purchase), in order to receive your full refund. Refunds are only given if there is a defect and/or the item is broken or has not been received past the final 6 weeks due to clerical error. 

Our store does not accept Returns or Exchanges. Once an item has been received it cannot be returned. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. Parcels that is lost in transit. We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s). Note: River City Outlet will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening. international customers must provide phone number.

Please understand many items are shipped from overseas and our estimated time of arrival could be anywhere from 15-40 days depending on the item. Items may also be shipped in separate containers. Reception of refunds can differ based on policy of your bank.
